2. Products
   All products sold on paxorsounds.com are digital downloads (sound kits, samples, and related content). No physical items are shipped. Upon successful payment you receive immediate access to download your files.

   
   

3. Payments & Delivery
   All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, who acts as the Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service: lemonsqueezy.com/terms. We do not store or access your payment information. If you experience any issues with delivery — such as not receiving your files or receiving incorrect content — contact us at support@paxorsounds.com and we will resolve it promptly.

   
   

4. Refunds
   As Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, refund requests are handled in accordance with their refund policy. For any purchase-related issues please contact support@paxorsounds.com as a first step.

   
   

5. License & Usage Rights
   All products are sold under a non-exclusive license. You are permitted to:
   ∙ Use the sounds in your own music productions
   ∙ Use them in commercial or non-commercial projects
   ∙ Use them in client work, beat sales, or streaming content
   You are not permitted to:
   ∙ Resell, share, or redistribute any part of the product
   ∙ Repackage or re-upload the content to other platforms
   ∙ Claim ownership over the sounds or any included content

6. Intellectual Property
   All content on this Site — including sound kits, graphics, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Paxor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

   
   

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
